Hi All
Recent events in Christchurch has has a huge impact to all. An earthquake hit our city on 4th September at 4.35am in the morning. The after shocks have been the worst as it has left everyone feeling on edge and tired and has not been an easy event to deal with. I feel that these events have happened to throw us out of our comfort zone and more importantly to show us what we still have as no lives were lost.
Lives have been changed including mine but now is the time to rebuild what you have lost and help others that need support and reassurance.

Dear Friends,
I believe that individually and collectively, we live in times in which events conspire to open our hearts. Here at Christ College, we are still feeling the aftershocks of the earthquake that hit Christchurch one week ago. I think that Christchurch is the heart centre of New Zealand. The 7.1 jolt has opened opportunities for healing for everyone in Christchurch and within New Zealand. But, since every heart is linked to every other heart, I think this jolt has opened opportunities for Humanity.
The astrological pattern present at the earthquake was Saturn in oppos ition to Jupiter conjunct Uranus. Both ends of the opposition were squared to the Moon in opposition to Pluto. The demand for change that this energy pattern represents had been building for months, but the contact with the Moon allowed tensions to be released.
Yesterday, Jupiter, in its retrograde motion, moved back into the sign of Pisces. Jupiter rules the heart centre. Jupiter rules the sign of Pisces. I believe that this movement, at this time, can be used effectively by each of us.
Within its 12 year journey around the Sun, Jupiter moved into Pisces on 19/1/2010. Its time in Pisces stimulates idealism and humanitarianism. The highest outcome is an awakening of dynamic compassion. We may distill knowledge into wisdom.
On 7/6/2010, Jupiter entered Aries and remained there until it retrograded back into Pisces yesterday. It will remain in Pisces until 23/1/2011. During the retrograde period, yesterday until 18/11, we will all have an opportunity to review that which we have idealized earlier in this year. We will have a chance to check our hearts and see whether they are nourishing, symbolically, weeds or valued plants.
Each degree of Pisces that Jupiter passes through will have a particular focus. The 30th degree which Jupiter is now in will be the theme until 17 September.
