Hi Everyone

It has certainly been a difficult time as the planet takes us through our paces; the quake that hit Christchurch on 4 September has left its mark on the people and the city as we are continually reminded how powerful Mother Nature is from the after shocks of more than 1500. I certainly feel in awe of the power but also excited to get the confirmation that these energies exist far beyond our control, how we play here temporarily in our physical bodies but the soul energies are more knowing and we barely touch their ability not to mention live our true soul purpose.

The planetary alignments have had a wider impact on everyone and still so many people seem unsure or perplexed on how to tap into the new energy available and how simple and effective working with this energy can be.
In the last few months we have experienced planetary alignments that we have not had for 100's of years, throwing energies that are strong and affecting to all. I do feel that business has changed for ever and those still working in the old regime will find it almost impossible to trade and personally humanity is asking us to look at our physical world and what we give out. How we treat others, how high our expectations are and especially when it comes to personal entitlement.

Over the last two years many people have experienced difficult times and I have been writing about these on woman2woman offering suggestions in how to work through them but most importantly how to maximize the potential that the new energy offers as these energies are powerful and more poignant but liberating than before.
We are about to start the decent of 2010 and what a ride it has been. How do you finish this year off to then embrace the all formidable 4 vibration? Remember this year has been about communication in all relationships and the 21/3 is the heart energy and opening to the soul, the physical connection to the mother and the feminine. Take a few moments to look back and see what impact this energy has had on you and your loved ones. What has it asked you to let go of and what exciting freshness have you experienced.
It is great to be back, I have some information on Adrenal Fatigue as so many of us have been tired from the stress and after affect of the quake. These are suggestions and if you need more go and see someone who knows this stuff so you don't start 2011 feeling over whelmed and unprepared

The now energy is here to support you and what you need is focus to access this. If you have struggled with negative mind chatter, this will be limiting you from getting what you want. Most importantly don't stay here. Instead push yourself forward and take on a doing attitude, as action is the vitamin needed and this will help you push through the limitation. The doers will be the ones that enjoy the success in the coming few months, but sadly we will see many people who will fall down in an emotional heap and start 2011 with the same old attitude of lack.

This month watch that you don't over react to others rather take the high road and leave them to it. Remember you can't fix anyone but you can support yourself through. Control your attitude and continue on thinking "I can" rather than "I can't".
I am suggesting being a little selfish this month as someone always wants a piece of you especially if you are a mum. Because the energy is high your house hold and those at work will want to get more done, but a lot of people will not want to do the hard work and instead get someone else to do it for them. That small word needs to be used this month... remember no is a complete sentence.

There is also a lot of spiritual activity, so ladies use your instincts, connect into your guides, angels and higher self and get the information required to make those decisions. I personally see an amazing month ahead and plan to make the most of it.

There is an energy wave to come, so surf and enjoy the ride.

Business

Many people last month had their head in the sand and felt over whelmed and too busy to listen or to take on any more. Those same people will start the first week of this month with the same attitude and you need to be aware that this does not drain you or worse, shut you down. Don't tak e on their negative blocks.

You need to plan and I mean plan, as the more detailed your day the more you will accomplish and finish. You could find this month financially straining unless you work on the money making tasks as all the other stuff will feel bigger than ever and could take your attention away from what really matters.

A positive can do attitude is the word dejour and you won't have time to entertain yourself by dreaming. This is a doing month, and a time when things will fall into place when lead, so use this to the max and advance your game.

If you have staff, the first week you may find them hard to get moving as they need confirmation to get the job done. Some may have lost confidence and need a shot in the arm to get them back on the right path, so a positive but firm directional meeting maybe what is needed, but no negative reinforcement.

Give clear directions and hide from nothing, if you avoid the problem it will become bigger and require more time later. I suggest you read my personal blurb as well and apply this to you as the energy is high and will be quite brilliant for you to achieve.
