The holiday period is finished and brings a new view into focus. You will have many new thoughts and ideas of what the year may bring but money may be the focus now. There is a strong under current of emotion that will be hard to ignore however make sure these emotions are not old habits rather than actual issues or feelings.
Relationships... Be mindful of discussions as these may turn unnecessarily tense and keep well away from discussions that have no point as you may create problems. If you need to clear the air then know what you want to achieve and approach with soft caution, make sure you finish and leave nothing in mid-air or without a conclusion.
Work on your home space to bring a clean fresh relaxed feel in, clean out the holiday and Christmas clutter and put it all away. Clean out your wardrobe and cupboards as this will bring a fresh start and clear unwanted energies form the past.. Set yourself some goals and make plans for those mid year holidays.
Children and family may take a while to get into the new routine and watch higher emotions around girls and friendships. Catch up with friends and again keep it light and enjoyable. If friends are going through emotional times offer support but don't try to fix.February 2012
Destination 2012 - Where are you and your business going?
As we now start the business and academic year, there will be a lot of thought towards what you want and how to get it. What work you have, who you owe, who owes you, what you did well last year and what needs releasing or renewed focus and refined procedures. Do you feel empowered or deflated starting your new business cycle?
The month ahead and what you have to work with.
The first week of February brings an uplifting flow of energy for you to hook into and this is the time to make the practical plans for the month. This will ease heavy mind chatter and brings clarity on what you need to achieve. Clarity also increases your magnetic attraction, which will increases your income. Who do you want to see, what you want to earn and deliver to your clients?
The middle of the month brings an energy challenge, a drop and to avoid this drop and avoid immobilizing your business you will need to focus on the task list you made in the beginning of the month. This will allow you to avoid the drop and achieve more. Remember to talk through things or get support as you need it, you don't have to do everything alone as asking for support is supporting your business and one of the keys to success.
There will be an undercurrent of strong emotions, which may bring up fear around money and making enough this month. Knowing your situation brings clarity and will help you know where from here. What ever you tried to sweep under the carpet in December; January will pop up again and will need to be sorted. Find solutions and ask for help if you feel stuck as to what to do. This will increase your magnetism and alleviate negative mind chatter.
Face the unknown and squash any fears that come up using inner confidence, and reminding yourself what you are good at, talk to like-minded people who support you. Focus on your strengths, read positive material and inspires others to attain their dreams also.
If your want your company culture to flourish then you will need to walk the talk.
For Christchurch the February anniversary approaches and brings a close to interruption insurance and support for many companies. This may bring uncertainty and concerns for the immediate future. I encourage you to know your rights and work towards gaining as much clarity you can, get everything in writing and don't give up, I know it is hard as I have lived it too. Keep working on the energy and visualize a successful outcome, be clear on what you want.
