As November enters our lives and we start to contemplate the conclusion of 2008, we often reflect on what the year delivered. This year has certainly been emotional and troublesome for many as the financial world hit a wall. It all happened so fast and the change brought fear and immobilised some. As people have tightened their belts and been forced to change the speculation of what is to come has been vast. Our financial markets are volatile and unstable, unemployment is rising and this is affecting us all. If we look back, how many warning signs were shown to avoid this crisis? If the financial markets had not been so greedy where would they be now? But like the saying goes “ignorance is bliss” well at least for a while anyway and then the bubble burst.
So I asked my self? What are the sign posts that I am being presented with now as a warning to change? Spirit gives us small windows of opportunity to learn about change and shows us what we can avoid, or at least lessen the impact. But we miss the information offered or ignore it and then it hits hard.
Change is all around us; the old world is dying and with death always comes rebirth. Over the next two months I will be concentrating on the new energy and how to work with 2009. I have found over the years being aware and working with the energy flow makes a difference, especially with personal goal attainment. Working with the energy also means you hear your inner guiding system clearly and gather more information to make better decisions.

I am also writing numerology (individual) charts for 2009 and these will be available from mid December onwards. The charts will include what 2009 offers to you personally, how to plan and a month by month way to work with the energy available to you. So keep a lookout.
This Month
November may be extreme and requires you to communicate well to avoid misunderstandings. Don’t take things for granted or expect that others may know what you think or want, as you may be disappointed, especially within relationships.
Scorpio can attract crisis and gather suspicion about others making you paranoid so keep yourself in check and reaffirm what really matters, don’t let your thoughts run away on you unnecessarily. Be proactive; support yourself and those closest to you. Positively validate and reinforce yourself in any areas that feel threatened, use affirmations and spend more time on your physical self.
Get informed to make good decisions around money as money limitations may require extra thought. Learn to let go of self destructive tendencies as they will hold you back and now is the time to embrace the new energy and release the dying.
It is also important to have some fun and not be all about constraint. Take control of what you can as worry will deplete your energy and block your view ahead. It is time to look forward and have something great to look forward to. You could look towards planning your future now and inviting someone special in your life.
Remember your mind could be limiting your future, release it and embrace something new over the next few months.
Business
Business has been hard as the media continue to limit and control. The energy has been released in the last week or so giving people a breather so make the most of it. The money flow is slower but not stopped. Let the money in and money out, remember money is energy and blocks need to be cleared. If you are struggling then look at what you are holding back and release it. Make a plan and keep everyone informed as hiding causes fear and this will shut you down. When making plans make small promises to others as it is better to deliver small than deliver nothing at all. Watch tiredness towards the middle of the month and be vigilant with technical issues.
Make a difference this year and complete 2008 with thanks. How often do you hear? I can’t wait till this year is over and I can start fresh? If you finish a year thinking this you may block the year ahead. To finish a year you need to release it and release requires you to let go, if you have something undealt with you will not be able to release it. Not all years a bad find a small thing to be grateful about.
